At Percy Harrison Opticians, our experienced Optometrists will tailor your prescription to suit your lifestyle.

We allow plenty of time for your appointment to ensure a thorough discussion, full assessment of your vision and eye health – and clear explanation of any findings. Our eye examination includes retinal photography and we also offer OCT scanning.

An OCT scan gives a cross-sectional scan of your eye, allowing a detailed inspection of the layers of your retina. This is important for early detection of the onset of some ocular diseases, including macular degeneration and is an excellent tool for benchmarking and future comparison. There is an additional fee for OCT scans.

Your examination will then lead to an informed discussion between your Optometrist and Dispensing Optician. Working together with you to find the best solutions for your eye care needs.

Our frame collection is vast. We have carefully curated collections from brands all over the world. For the lightest titanium frames by Lindberg, designed in Denmark, Parisienne chic from Lafont, or colourful Dutch flair from Dutz, we are also proud stockists of Tom Ford, Max Mara and Gant, to name but a few. As a fully independent practice, we have whole market access for spectacle lenses. We have a particularly in depth knowledge of Rodenstock, Nikon and Shamir lenses to offer precision optics, the best possible clarity and a range of lens designs to suit your needs.
